Naureen is on a mission for gender balance. The core of everything she does is to increase visibility, uplift women and their careers.

Naureen has a podcast with over 160 women interviews, held 12 in person events around the world, a global online membership for women which was launched in September 2023, which has helped her develop a wealth of knowledge of the female experience. The purpose is to highlight our career journeys, work together to develop our careers and fill more positions of leadership in the industry.
