FAQ
Not at all.
This is a seasonal reset, not a calendar performance. You can begin at any point in January (or revisit the content later) and move through it at your own pace. You’re not expected to keep up or perform. This is a gentle, self-paced reset designed to integrate into real life.
Ayurvedically, timing is less important than consistency, awareness, and responsiveness to your body. Start when it feels supportive, not pressured.
Only if you want to.
This is not an all-or-nothing program, and there is no “right” way to participate.
This experience is about bringing awareness to your relationship with alcohol—how it affects your digestion, sleep, mood, and nervous system—so you can make informed, compassionate choices.
Some people will choose full abstinence for the month. Others will drink less or drink differently. All approaches are welcome.
Sign up for the Dry January experience and you will receive the invitation link in your welcome email.
