Hi I'm Sharon Smith and I am an authentic leadership coach.

I help women, just like you, to shed the expectations of being like the men, hustling and showing up in an aggressive manner as a leader. It's just not necessary, nor is it productive.

As a female leader, trying to be someone you are not is EXHAUSTING! Trying to lead in a way that isn't natural to you isn't ever going to be productive. And let's face it, your team are never going to trust you, or be themselves in your company if you are not yourself in theirs.

Our people are the most important asset of our organisations and as leaders we must ensure we keep them happy, productive, healthy and having fun at their work! Let's face it, we spend enough hours working, it would be terrible not to enjoy it!

I am an NCIP Accredited Transformational Coach with NLP, and have coached for numerous years, supporting both teachers and people from all walks of life to grow and flourish.

I've got over 20 year's experience in leadership and I've realised first hand the need for change. I've witnessed how other led and the catastrophic impacts some leadership styles can have.

The one thing that had the biggest impact on me as a team member was the poor leadership skills of some of my line managers. Their leadership style had such a negative impact on my wellbeing and my enjoyment at work. I had my own teams to lead, and I know I lead with kindness, love and consideration of everyone I was responsible for, and i know the difference that made.

You see, it's a privilege to lead, and not everyone sees it as that. 

Women have had it hard, getting to the top of the ladder is a huge challenge, but we don't need to be aggressive and hostile to prove that we are worth it. There's definitely another way........
