Lead Others

Through the Words of Jesus

Become a 100xLife Coach and guide people into
following Jesus with their whole life.

Why Coaching Matters

The 62-Day Challenge isn’t just about personal growth.
It’s about multiplying impact.

As a coach, you help others walk through the words of Jesus and build daily habits that lead to lasting change.

A simple, proven framework to guide your group

Tools that remove the guesswork from leading

A front-row seat to watch lives change

Who Can Coach?

To become a coach, we ask that you first complete the
62-Day Challenge yourself
.

This helps you experience the process, understand the daily rhythm, and confidently guide others through it.

Coaches are often:

• Past participants who want to invest in others
• Leaders who want a clear framework for discipleship
• Everyday people whose lives were changed by the Challenge and want to share it

Yes. We ask that all coaches complete the 62-Day Challenge first.

The best way to lead others through the process is to experience it yourself. Walking through the teachings, rhythms, and practices gives you a feel for what your group will be stepping into.

Once you’ve completed the Challenge, you’re ready to invite others and walk with them through the journey.

Challenge Coaches lead the full 62-Day Challenge alongside the larger 100xLife community during official launch seasons. This includes the Words of Jesus teachings along with the health practices that are part of the Challenge rhythm.

Lifestyle Group Coaches lead a smaller group at their own pace using the Words of Jesus framework. These groups focus on walking through the teachings together and can adapt the structure to what best serves the people in the group.

You'll be provided signup link so your participants can register, get resources, and receive encouragement emails directly.

Most coaches spend about 1–2 hours per week preparing and leading, plus optional check-ins with their group.

There’s no required group size.

Some coaches lead groups of 3–5 people. Others lead larger church groups or community groups.

Start with the people already in your life. The goal isn’t a big group. The goal is walking through the words of Jesus together.

That’s actually very common.

Coaching in 100xLife isn’t about being an expert or having all the answers. It’s about being willing to go first and invite others to walk with you.

Many of our best coaches started by simply inviting a few friends, coworkers, or people from church to go through the Challenge together.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to take the next step.
