I am proud to be from Gisborne Tairawhiti. My Maori Italian heritage finds me creating a sprinkle of hardcase fun in the kitchen. I have a wealth of experience in the Food Industry and am passionate about good delicious tasty kai. Some of my favorite dishes are Mi quang Soup from Vietnam & Indian cuisine. I have had a passion for Southeast Asian Food since childhood and followed that passion overseas. I am always looking for opportunities to incorporate what I love into my cooking & recipes. I believe every dish matters and I put a whole lot of aroha(love) into the food I prepare and serve. Come and taste it for yourself!
