Hi! Welcome to Aviva Wellness
Our aim is to help women reconnect to their feminine flow, by slowing down and learning how to live a life with a full cup of confidence and courage by reducing stress and overwhelm.
Our classes, satsangs (spiritual gatherings), and workshops are dedicated to redefining health for women in alignment with the principles of holistic and spiritual awareness.
It is combined with a vision to create a transformative space where women can reconnect with themselves, and evolve towards better ways of living infused with vitality, harmony, and balance.

As an Integrative Body-Mind Health Coach, I've been dedicated to guiding women on a journey towards holistic well-being and spiritual alignment.
Certified with a blend of holistic modalities, my aim is to help women to connect with all aspects of their lives - mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual.
Having navigated my own path of spiritual exploration and conquered personal challenges such as body image struggles, low self-esteem, anxiety and depression, it's time for me to share this knowledge with the next generation.

This is where true regulation, clarity, and change begin.
This is not therapy.
It is an embodied, grounded introduction to self-inquiry, supported, structured, and held in community.
You don’t need to know the answers.
You only need a willingness to be present.
As we move together through these 21 days, something subtle but powerful happens:
you begin to loosen the grip of old stories and soften the body’s armour, to create space for a freer way of being.
