"The most healing and preventative practice recommended in Ayurveda is a seasonal cleanse to help the body eliminate accumulated toxins and return to its natural state of health and well-being. Our bodies have the natural ability to detoxify and remove what is harmful or not needed anymore. Unfortunately, today, we are surrounded by more environmental toxins, and we often consume food that contains harmful substances, not to mention excessive intake of processed sugar or refined oils. In addition, our nervous system is overwhelmed by stress and never-ending stimulations. With over a decade of experience in the corporate world, she embarked on a personal quest for deeper meaning and set out on a transformative journey of self-development and healing.
Her voyage commenced with a profound Yoga Teacher Training in India, where she discovered a whole new realm of possibilities that ignited her spirit. Intrigued by the immense power of the mind, Jana pursued a diploma from the prestigious Hypnosis Motivation Institute (HMI), a nationally accredited school of hypnotherapy. She further honed her expertise as a Level 2 Kundalini Yoga Teacher, gaining profound insights into yogic studies, meditation, mindfulness, and spirituality. Driven by an insatiable thirst for knowledge and holistic wellness, Jana expanded her repertoire by becoming a Certified Holistic Health & Wellness coach through the Integrative Institute of Nutrition (IIN).

Justyna is a certified EFT & Matrix Reimprinting practitioner and Ayurveda health coach, educator & therapist. She is a member of the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM) association for holistic medicine practitioners.
Her journey to Ayurveda and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) started at a time in her life when she felt overwhelmed with several health challenges like candida, gastritis, low immunity & frequent infections, panic attacks, sleep issues, anxiety, fatigue, hormonal imbalances, and low mood. At the age of 31, she lost her husband to an incurable genetic disease, and she found herself fighting for survival. She was in a state of chronic stress for a couple of years, feeling hopeless after having tried various treatments.
Once she found Ayurveda, everything changed and there was no way back. She fell in love with the truly holistic approach, personalized care, and the common sense of this timeless wisdom. Her health quickly improved after she experienced an Ayurvedic home cleanse, changed her diet to meet the needs of her unique body-mind constitution, connected more to the rhythm of nature, and underwent Ayurvedic treatments.
Soon after, she felt the calling to share Ayurveda with others. Therefore, she completed a 2-year diploma in Ayurveda and a 200-hour course for Ayurvedic therapists with Ayuskama Ayurveda Institute in India in 2022. Her curiosity and passion for the body-mind connection, and emotional & energy healing inspired her to complete certification for EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) & Matrix Reimprinting practitioners with EFT & MR Academy. She loves learning and keeps expanding her knowledge and skills by attending additional courses, training, and regular supervision with her mentors.
In her work, she encourages clients to connect with their true nature, discover their uniqueness, and look at the pain, discomfort, or disease as vital messages coming from their bodies as an invitation for deeper healing. She supports her clients through 1 to 1 consultations, mentoring sessions, Ayurvedic treatments, and EFT therapy. In addition, she offers group workshops & Ayurveda courses in-person & online.
