“Writing 26 Dates has been an incredibly personal journey for me. I started this book in 2018, and each year brought new experiences that reshaped the story I wanted to tell. It’s been a challenge as a private person to share these moments, but I knew this was a story worth telling, not just for me, but for others like me.
I wrote 26 Dates as a book I wish I could have given to my younger self. It’s not meant to be advice or a guide, it’s an honest reflection on my journey through love and relationships.
My hope is that this book challenges the stereotypes surrounding Black men in the media and offers a perspective that’s authentic, vulnerable, and real. By sharing my experiences, I want to inspire other young men to reflect on their own paths and not give up on the pursuit of love and companionship.”
