TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility This giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over only. Employees, contractors, and their immediate families of the Promoter and any associated companies are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry Period The giveaway opens on 14th March 2026 at 23:59 GMT. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter To enter, participants must complete the online entry form on the landing page, providing their full name and email address. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. One entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

4. The Prize There are 100 prizes available. Each prize consists of one (1) Cadbury Biscoff Egg. The prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary.

5. Winner Selection 100 winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date.

6. Winner Notification Winners will be notified via email within 14 days of the draw. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner. Winners' names may be published on our website and social media channels.

7. Prize Delivery Prizes will be dispatched within 28 days of winner confirmation. We are not responsible for prizes lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.

8. Data Protection By entering this giveaway, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Your data will be used solely for administering this giveaway and, if you have opted in, sending marketing communications. You have the right to withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time.

9. Marketing Communications By ticking the consent box, you agree to receive promotional emails. You may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails.

10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this giveaway or acceptance of the prize, except where caused by the Promoter's negligence.

11. General The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if circumstances arise beyond its control. The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to this giveaway is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

12. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
