Get ready for an incredible experience! To start your journey, please click on the link below to register.  You will receive 2 x coaching sessions with Jay Verrico, one at the beginning of the 30 days and another after you finish the 30 days of self-discovery.

During this session, we will establish your intentions for the next 30 days and delve into building awareness around your mindset and how it shapes your thoughts, emotions, and actions.

Every day that follows, you will receive an email containing your daily thoughts, reflections, and activities. These valuable resources will guide you on your path to self-discovery.

Preparation

To make the most of this journey, purchase a new journal or notebook to record your reflections and take notes. The more you engage with the course material over the next 30 days, the more transformative the experience will be.

Set aside 15 minutes each morning to read and make notes on the day's lesson. Allocate the same amount of time in the evening for self-reflection. This practice will become a vital part of your self-care routine in the long run.

Lastly, it's crucial to maintain a state of neutrality during your self-reflection. Avoid bringing judgment, blame, or guilt into the process. Remember, there is no right or wrong, no good or bad; it just is. Awareness is the key to transformation, so remain open and in harmony with yourself throughout the next 30 days.

Pace Yourself

This course consists of 30 learnings, one for each day. While it may be tempting to dwell on specific learnings, aim to move forward each day, even if you feel there is more work to be done. Remember to focus on progress, not perfection.
