About Me

Hello there! I'm Kelly. I am a physical therapist and yoga teacher, passionate about helping people start a movement & mindset practice that helps alleviate chronic pain. I have combined my 12 years of yoga teaching and 8 years of physical therapy work to create strategies that help folks break patterns and create a life where they can move freely without pain and fear of injury holding them back from doing more of what they love! I believe in science-backed, sustainable, mindful movement practices that are centered on awareness so we can more easily build resilience in our bodies and minds.
