KFA Armatura is a Polish company that manufactures modern products for bathrooms and kitchens. Our offer includes modern and eco-friendly bathroom and kitchen mixers, aluminium radiators and valves. We prioritise comfort, innovation and functionality to ensure everyday use of our products is simple and comfortable. For us, sustainable development is not only a response to trends, but above all responsibility: for our employees, the environment and the products we offer to our customers, as well as for the local communities surrounding us.
Letter from the Board
In KFA Armatura, we believe that change begins with everyday decisions – often small, but always made with something bigger in mind.
Sometimes it is a machine upgrade, sometimes a new water-saving system or a packaging method that generates less waste. And sometimes it is installation of a new water-saving mixer. All of this may seem insignificant, but together they create something really important.
I look at each completed investment in our factory with joy and satisfaction – not only because something works better, faster or more economically, but because each action is fuelled by our common concern for the environment and responsibility for future generations. It is these actions, step by step, that make up our approach to sustainable development.
I would like to thank everyone who has taken part in this – employees, partners and customers. Without you, this would not have been possible. As a CEO, but also as a human, I am proud that together we create a company that looks beyond just a financial result. And does it with a big heart.

Proud of our achievements
In 2023-2024, we focused on integrating ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) practices into our business strategy. We undertook a number of initiatives aimed at minimising our negative impact on the environment, supporting local communities and promoting ethical management standards.
Two years ago we committed ourselves to intensifying our environmental protection efforts, improving conditions in the local community and ensuring better work quality for our employees. We have implemented most of our planned initiatives, thanks to the commitment of the entire team.
We are proud of our achievements to date and pleased to share them in this report. We are demonstrating that we truly "think about tomorrow, but act today."
Sustainable production
In our highly energy-intensive production environment, we must focus our environmental efforts on reducing energy consumption. This is good for the planet and for our company. We are therefore constantly modernising our factory and changing daily habits, which translates into increased energy efficiency.
Green energy
During the reporting period, a key energy activity was the launch of a solar farm at our production facility in Nisko (Subcarpathian region).
In its first full year of operation (2024), the farm produced 1,278.42 MWh, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 1,800 tons compared to conventional energy sources. This reduction is equivalent to planting approximately 225,000 trees, which absorb carbon dioxide year-round.

The largest investment during the reporting period was a new mechanical line for radiator production. The investment was completed in September 2023, and an energy audit was subsequently conducted, clearly demonstrating potential for reducing our energy consumption.

We are convinced that every reduction in resource and material consumption is a step towards a more sustainable tomorrow.
126.5 tons of paper less (2023-2024) thanks to replacing full carton boxes used for packing our aluminium radiators with so-called “side” packaging.
4000 m3 of water less thanks to the ice water system for cooling the circuit of the water used for stabilising the temperature of the anaphoretic coating process which takes place before varnishing radiators.
Eco-friendliness starts at home
Conscious management of drinking water is an integral element of our sustainable development strategy. Although water covers a significant portion of the Earth's surface, its usable freshwater form is a limited resource and increasingly burdened by growing demand from both industry and the global population.
Water extraction, treatment and distribution processes involve high energy consumption, which translates into significant environmental impacts, including greenhouse gas emissions. Therefore, any form of water consumption reduction contributes to reducing the carbon footprint and combating climate change.
We are introducing more and more water-saving mixers to our offer.
We promote pro-environmental attitudes, focusing on reducing water consumption.
We take steps to minimise the consumption of plastic bottles by offering a wide range of kitchen mixers with a water-filtering function in our portfolio.

We are particularly proud of the World Water Day competition which we have been organising at primary schools in Nisko since 2022. By taking part in the competition, students raise awareness about saving water and show their concern for the planet.
Environmental education for the youngest children is our priority – good habits developed at an early age are an investment in the future of all of us. We focus on responsible water management and reducing waste, especially plastic. We share knowledge in a simple and inspiring way, because we know that understanding leads to action.
