Terms and Conditions for 5-Week Women's Trackman Golf Simulator Competition
1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern the participation in the 5-week Women's Trackman Golf Simulator Competition (hereafter referred to as "the Competition"). By entering the Competition, participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
The Competition is open to female participants.
Each team must consist of three (3) players.
All participants must have a Trackman golf handicap prior to the start of the Competition (November 14th 2024).
3. Registration
Teams must register before the Competition begins.
Each team must pay an initial team fee of $45 upon registration.
Each participant is required to pay a weekly game fee of $15, due at the beginning of each week of play.
Payments can be made via [e.g., cash, credit card, etc.].
4. Competition Format
The Competition will take place over five (5) weeks.
Weekly games will be played using Trackman golf simulators.
Details of scoring and specific game formats will be provided to participants at the start of the Competition.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner.
Any form of harassment, discrimination, or unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated and may result in disqualification from the Competition.
7. Disqualification
Any team that fails to adhere to the eligibility requirements, payment policies, or code of conduct may be disqualified from the Competition without refund.
8. Liability Waiver
Participants acknowledge that they are entering the Competition at their own risk.
The organisers are not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the Competition.
9. Changes to Terms
The organisers reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.
