Who am I?

 I am Janine Agoglia and I have been practicing and teaching Vinyasa yoga since 1995. My yoga practice at age 52 looks very different than it did when I started at 23, but I continue to move my body with ease and stability, thanks to my yoga practice. I practice yoga with the intention of staying strong and mobile as I age, and I help my students do the same. My mission is to help active adults over 50 stay active with yoga, learning in a safe and intentional way that brings more joy and ease to daily life. Yoga is for all bodies, and is a perfect tool to cross-train for life.
