I am Belkys, a certified Level 4 Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Pre and Postnatal Specialist.

I help busy women feel strong, confident, and healthy without restriction or guilt.

As a mom and entrepreneur who struggled with consistency in the past, I understand how hard it can be to take care of yourself while balancing life.

Once I review your application, I’ll invite you to a short call to make sure this coaching is the right fit for you no pressure, no sales talk.

Onboarding & Setup:

If we are both happy to work together, I will send your first invoice through Stripe, PayPal, or ePassi.
You will receive access to your coaching portal and your personalized training and nutrition plan so you can start with confidence.

You don’t need to be “fit enough” or “have it all figured out.

No. I use a simple habit based approach to nutrition. No tracking, no extremes, no guilt. You will learn how to eat in a balanced way that fits your real life.

Your program is flexible. I will adjust your workouts and habits so you stay consistent even during busy seasons, travel, or changes in routine.

You receive your full training and habit plan inside your coaching app. You follow the workouts, check in weekly, and get support and feedback from me directly through the app and email.

There is no minimum commitment required. Coaching is offered on a flexible month to month basis.

You can pay using Stripe, PayPal, or ePassi. Invoices are sent before your program begins. Your spot is confirmed once the payment is completed.

You can start as soon as your onboarding is completed. Once you join, your spot is saved and I will guide you through every step of the setup.
