Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk
I, the undersigned participant, wish to attend in person offerings provided by Vibrant Life Farms located in Colorado. I acknowledge that participating in farm activities, including but not limited to, handling live poultry, using farm equipment, and engaging in butchering processes, inherently involves potential risks of physical injury, illness, or damage to personal property which I willingly assume.
Release and Waiver of Liability
In consideration of the opportunity to participate in the live events, I hereby release, waive, and forever discharge Vibrant Life Farms, its owners, agents, employees, instructors, and volunteers from any and all liability for any harm, injury, illness, death, or property damage that may occur to me as a result of my participation in these classes, whether caused by the negligence of Vibrant Life Farms or otherwise.
Indemnification
I agree to hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Vibrant Life Farms from and against any and all claims, demands, suits, or expenses for personal injury, property damage, or any other harm suffered by me or third parties as a result of my conduct during these events.
Acknowledgment of Policies and Procedures
I agree to abide by all the policies and procedures presented by Vibrant Life Farms during the live events, including but not limited to safety protocols, animal handling guidelines, and sanitation measures.
Photography/Video Release
I grant Vibrant Life Farms the right to photograph or videotape me during the activities and to use these images for educational, promotional, or marketing purposes. (you can opt out below)
Confirmation of Understanding
I have read this waiver of liability and fully understand its terms. I acknowledge that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing the agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
