Say Yes to Yourself is a 5-day journey designed to help you go from resentful and avoidant to clear, calm, and confident in your boundaries.

Each day, you’ll get a short video (5–7 minutes) and a simple prompt.

By the end, you’ll:

Have identified a real boundary that needs your attention

Know the difference between hard and soft boundaries

Got clear on what you want and how to say it

Know how to deal with the fear or guilt that comes up

Have learned to set it from a place of grounded self-respect, not guilt or apology

Know how to follow through when your boundary is tested

Why we made this:

Setting boundaries is one of the most powerful things you can do for your well-being and the health of your relationships.

But it can feel scary as hell.

What if they get mad? What if I sound selfish? What if I screw it up?

So you put it off.

You make yourself smaller.

You tell yourself “it’s fine.”

But it’s not fine, and the cost is exhaustion, resentment, disconnection from your own needs.

We made this challenge to help you change that one step at a time.

And set a boundary at the end of the five days.

I’m Matt Hilliard, an Embodiment and Relationship Coach and men’s work facilitator, and this is my partner in love and business Carina Reeves, Relationship and Holistic Mindset Coach. We help people create honest, connected relationships with themselves and with others.

Our work blends emotional intelligence, nervous system awareness, and grounded communication.
