      We can’t climb a mountain without the proper equipment. Same goes for our health journey! At this stage, our primary aim is to build a solid metabolic and mental framework to prime your body for achieving your objectives, whether it's fat loss, muscle growth, or enhanced overall health.       If your objective was weight loss, this is when we will initiate the "reverse dieting" process. Many individuals struggle with this stage and often regain the weight they worked hard to shed. Rest assured, we will guide you through this phase effectively to prevent any setbacks.
