The Vision
I’m 26, and I know I’ve still got a lot to learn. But by God’s grace, I’ve already discovered one truth: men need other men. Proverbs 27 says, “As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.” That verse captures something every man feels deep down — we’re better together. We grow stronger, wiser, and more grounded when we walk alongside each other. Somewhere along the way, our culture forgot that. Too many men are drifting. We're dulled by loneliness, distraction, and passivity. We settle. We lose our edge. But what if we changed that? What if we chose to be more intentional about our growth, faith, and brotherhood? Not just for ourselves, but for our families and the communities that look to us.
That’s why I started The Iron Table — a simple invitation to reclaim what we were made for: genuine connection. How can you participate? Gather with other men over coffee, lunch, or even a phone call. Talk about what really matters. Sharpen each other.
Each month in my newsletter, I’ll share one thing I’ve learned sitting across from another man and one thing I’ve recently changed my mind about. My hope is that it sharpens you, too.
