The Problem
Most of the coaching qualifications don't take into consideration the PERSON behind the business. We are not taught how to build a business that WE want to work in based on our idea of success.
According to ICF in 2023, the coaching industry boasted an estimated market size of approximately £4.1 billion, a figure that is expected to grow to around£4.91 billion in 2024. (ICF)

- You will identify what you need to perform at your best and be encouraged to ask for what you want in both your personal and professional lives.

- And you will know exactly what to do to adapt your mindset & behavior to deal with stress, pressure, and problems if they arise.
