It helps reduce stress, release blocked energy, and support your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health
What to expect
During this in-person training, you’ll:
- Receive your Reiki Level 1 atunement and certificate
- Practice hands-on self-healing and healing others
- Learn the history, principles, and ethics of Reiki

- Sound bath and cacao ceremony for integration & celebration
