FAQs

Where are the sessions?
TBC but indoor minis with a themed backdrop will be on/near Burton Road, West Didsbury. Outside shoots will be a local South Manchester Park

Will photos be ready before Mother's Day/Easter to give as gifts/put in cards?
If you book a session ahead of the day in question and request photos to be ready to send out, then yes :)

What age of children do the shoots cater for?
The indoor themed minis are better for babies and younger children, up to 11 years old, while the outdoor ones are suitable for any age, including babies. I've had excited 12 year olds before though so it really depends on the child!

Can I bring my dog?
Of course! I love dogs, and have had a lot of practice photographing them! All well-behaved furry friends are very welcome.

Can I buy more photos?
Of course. Your booking fee includes 2 x 7x5" prints which will be posted to you (or collection if easier for fast turnaround Mother's Day cards!), and there's then options to buy more. You can buy isolated photos, or the whole gallery as digital files to reuse as you wish, and there's other print and gift options too including a personalised USB stick in a lovely keepsake box.

What should we wear?
I will send out info ahead of your shoot, but I always advise people to dress in what they're comfortable in first and foremost. Neutral, natural tones always work well, avoiding anything with too much pattern. Mini sessions don't allow for outfit changes time wise, but if you want to all layer up so you can quickly remove a layer such as a coat or a jumper, to create a different outfit, that's fine.
