Somatic Strength Training! 

It's the unique modality that I've developed, specifically for people who have a chronically dysregulated nervous system, and are looking for a solution to make strength and healing sustainable for them.

My methodology comprises of 4 main components:

1. strength training, with the focus being presence in the body & mind/muscle connection

2. emotional healing, so that repressed emotions won't manifest into chronic illness in the body

3. regulating the nervous system, or, taking the body out of survival mode and back into the present

4. rewiring the brain so that these new practices can become cemented as habit (yes, even for neurodivergent people)

I like to offer a free session to a private coaching call with me to give you a very realistic idea of what Somatic Strength Training is like!


A few days after our session, we will book in a time to chat for a few minutes and discuss what came up for you, how you're feeling in your body, and what my training options look like, so you don't ever feel pressured to make a decision! 

I only want to work together if it's a good fit for both of us. This type of work requires you to be in an open-minded stage of your life where you're ready to connect to the deepest part of yourself. You will know after our session if this is something you want to keep pursuing, or if it's something you'd rather ease into little by little.
