What is expected of you?
You will be nourishing your body with a plethora of nutrient-dense, alkaline-forming foods, which are easier on the digestive system. You will also be required to cut all acid-forming foods which include dairy, wheat, animal protein, starchy grains and vegetables, coffee, tea and alcohol.
