About Simone
Yin Yoga & Qigong teacher, Zen Shiatsu practitioner,
Medical Scientist and fascia enthusiast ;-)
Simone has been teaching Yin Yoga & Workshops for over 10 years.
With her background in somatic Yoga, Qigong and Zen Shiatsu, she blends myofascial release and (acupressure) massage with the Yin Yoga practice for a therapeutic experience.
I recently attended a Workshop with Simone in Melbourne and learned how I can use tennis balls on my body - this helped me with my constant back pain. It feels really good and so relaxing. Thank you!!!
