Theory (~30min each)

- Fascia 101 introduction

- Myofascial release: what/ how/ precautions

Practice (~60min)

- Myofascial release + Yin Yoga practice for the lower part of the body.

What you need for the practice:

  • Two tennis balls (or myofascial release balls)

  • Yoga block and blanket

  • Yoga bolster (alternative: roll blanket into a bolster)

About Simone

Yin Yoga & Qigong teacher, Zen Shiatsu practitioner,

Medical Scientist and fascia enthusiast ;-)

Simone has been teaching Yin Yoga & Workshops for over 10 years.

With her background in somatic Yoga, Qigong and Zen Shiatsu, she blends myofascial release and (acupressure) massage with the Yin Yoga practice for a therapeutic experience.
