AFFILIATE MARKETING AGREEMENT

This Affiliate Marketing Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered by and between "Affiliate" and the business Love Recovery ("Love Recovery").

1. Appointment.

Love Recovery hereby appoints Affiliate as a non-exclusive independent contractor in the position of affiliate to promote and market Love Recovery's products and services (the "Products") in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. Independent Contractor.

Affiliate is an independent contractor and nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between the parties.

3. Compensation.

For each successful referral made by Affiliate, Love Recovery agrees to pay Affiliate $5 USD. Referrals will be considered successful a purchase is made using the individual link provided in the Partner portal and having completed the 5-day refund period without requesting a refund.

4. Payment and Reporting.

Payments for successful referrals made by Affiliate will be made on request.  Payments will be made via PayPal to the PayPal account associated with the Affiliates profile, as provided by Affiliate. 
Status of sales and commissions earned can be seen in the Affiliates Partner portal.

5. Promotion Responsibilities.

Affiliate shall be solely responsible for all costs associated with the promotion of Love Recovery, including but not limited to advertising, marketing materials, and any other promotional activities.

The Affiliate agrees to use their best efforts to promote the Company's products or services through various online and offline marketing channels. The Affiliate will not attempt to or cause any damage to the brand of reputation of Love Recovery and any associated personnel.

6. Intellectual Property.

The Affiliate acknowledges that all intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, and marketing materials, is and shall remain the property of the Company. The Affiliate is granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use such materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Company's products or services.

7. Compliance with Laws.

Affiliate agrees to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in connection with its performance under this Agreement, including but not limited to, any regulations related to marketing, advertising, and tax obligations. As an independent contractor the Affiliate is solely responsible for any legal obligations they may have.

8. Termination.

Either party may terminate this Agreement with or without cause upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, Affiliate shall cease all promotion and marketing activities for Love Recovery. And Love Recovery will provide final payment and reports as scheduled for that month.

9. Confidentiality.

Affiliate agrees to keep confidential all non-public information provided by Love Recovery, including but not limited to, marketing strategies, customer lists, and financial information.

10. Miscellaneous.

Any modifications or amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
