Training
Six, bi-weekly live group training sessions with me, Renee Conklin. The structured program will transition from self-discovery to practical job-search tools.
Each session includes a curated resource library of frameworks, tools and guides to help you stay motivated and on-track.
Coaching
The bi-weekly live group training sessions will incorporate group coaching.
You also have access to two, 30-minute 1:1 coaching sessions with me, Renee Conklin at the start and mid-point of the program for personalized check-ins.
Community
You’ll have a new network of HR peers and you will take part in peer coaching, gaining support, new perspectives and potential new opportunities.
The community will connect via private Whatsapp group to share resources, challenges, questions and solutions.
