Session 1 - Bring a People Performance Problem
Is there a behaviour your seeing that you want to change in a member of your team?
Bring it to session one, we will use a behaviour analysis technique and tool to identify what is actually driving the behaviour. You will identify a practical intervention in the room.
Session 2 - Bring Your Biggest Business Goal
Have a big objective or goal you and your team need to achieve this year.
Bring the goal to session two, and we will use a visible toolkit to convert it into observable and accountable behaviours, along with the strategies to get the behaviours you need to see to meet it. Progress becomes visible and measurable.
Session 3 - Bring a Decision That Never Goes as Expected
Do customers hesitate, delay or make the “wrong” decision?
Bring the customer challenge to session three, and we will analyse the choice architecture behind it and redesign the messaging and decision-making architecture for a better default behaviour.
Session 4 - Bring Any Behaviour You Want to Influence
From employee performance to customer adoption to product engagement.
Bring the behaviour you want to see from your people, customers, product or system users, and you will leave with a clear map to behavioural pathway required to achieve it.

Hey, I'm Jason Lear
I’m an accredited Behaviour Analyst and educator, and I help leaders, teams, founders and marketers understand what is really shaping behaviour.
I’ve used these approaches across leadership, culture, customer behaviour, performance, sport, wellbeing and change. This series brings those methods together into a practical format that helps you apply them directly in your own setting.
This is not theory for theory’s sake.
It is behavioural science made practical for real business, people, performance and customer challenges.
I’ve learnt that behaviour doesn’t change because people suddenly care more. It changes when the environment and the cues make the right action the easy choice.
That’s why I built this four-workshop series. It takes behavioural science out of theory and applies it to real business problems related to performance, sales, customer service, marketing, and system and product adoption. You can stop guessing and start designing for the behaviours you actually want from your people and your customers.
