Nishma Karim

I am a proud Mom of 2, who is married to her best friend and is based in Vancouver, Canada. As a Mindful Eating Coach, Certified Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, Best Selling Author and Podcast Host of Fit Inspired Mama, my joy is empowering mothers worldwide to understand the profound impact of nutrition on mental health. 

This passion to serve, came from my personal journey of infant loss, postpartum depression and celiac disease. Grief combined with postpartum depression triggered a cascade of physical challenges, including severe weight gain and unhealthy eating habits and ultimately being diagnosed with celiac disease. This marked a key turning point in my healing journey, and through these challenging experiences, I discovered the transformative power of nutrition in addressing mental health. 

This became the catalyst for my mission to guide and empower mothers worldwide through my coaching program called "The R.E.S.T (Reset, Enhance, Structure and Transform) Program". Beyond weight loss, the program focuses on holistic transformation. By integrating nutrition as a fundamental pillar, women experience a mental and emotional shift, leading to increased focus, sustained energy, and overall well-being. The R.E.S.T program stands as a testament to the life-changing potential of a mindful and nutritious approach to food.

Soraiya Bodhi

I live in Vancouver, Canada with my partner and 2 incredible children, who will always be my biggest inspiration. I am a Senior HR professional and Certified Life and Spiritual Coach trained by Marianne Williamson and Jennifer Jayde. I am a Best-Selling Author, Podcast Host of Miracle Mom Mindset and a Student and Teacher of A Course in Miracles. I started my own company called Love Is Your Origin in 2021. As a Chief Love Officer and Conscious Mom Coach, my legacy is love and my joy is serving moms to feel empowered, resilient, joyfully connected in their relationships and ready to raise conscious beings that light up the world!

My inspiration to serve came from my own experience of being catapulted into the biggest transition of my life - MOTHERHOOD. I had no idea that this was what motherhood felt like. On one hand, I felt the most profound joy and love I had ever felt and was in complete and utter disbelief that I was part of creating a miracle. On the other hand, I felt completely lost, overwhelmed and struggled with a loss of identity, change in relationship dynamics, lack of time for self-care and sleep deprivation.

After experiencing a life altering injury when my son was 9 months old, I found myself hitting rock bottom and praying for answers to heal. This is when I heard the guidance to meditate. This led me on the path of discovering profound inner peace and conscious motherhood, healing 22 years of chronic pain and becoming a vessel for love to express itself through my form.

At the end of 2023, the vision for "Be Light To Raise Light" emerged during a meditation we were hosting together. We knew with clarity that we were being guided to start a company and write the next sequel to Motherhood Diaries, called "Be Light To Raise Light" with Balboa Press, a Division of Hay House.

This dream led us to become CEOS and Founders of "Be Light To Raise Light Ltd." in 2024. Combining our incredible passion to serve, elevate and shine the light of moms everywhere, we are now on an unstoppable mission to change the energetic blueprint of the world through raising the vibration of mothers and their children. We are paving the way for conscious mothers to raise conscious children that light up the entire Universe, and many generations to come, with peace, compassion, presence and deep love. And so it is!

So why do we feel we can guide you through this life transforming experience of very likely becoming a best-selling author with Balboa Press, a division of Hay House? Combined we have published 5 books since 2022 with 3 different publishers. Like many of you, we had no prior experience writing books, only a drive and passion to serve.

• Motherhood Diaries:  A Divine Assignment from Angels on Conscious Motherhood and Self Love, written with 10 other moms. This book came to Soraiya while meditating and rocking her 5-month-old daughter to sleep. While she didn't know how or what to write, she knew she was being guided. Trusting in her inner voice, she asked for guidance and surrendered the outcome. What emerged was an illuminating book that was written through her form. 
• "Battling the Worst, Awakening the New" a personal biography by Nishma Karim on infant loss, postpartum depression and celiac disease - sharing her raw account of her struggles and triumphs.
