Even if you already have a loving relationship with your child those early difficulties can effect your confidence, make you feel like a "bad parent" and question every decision.
I help parents who tried to 'deal with' their children problematic behaviour following conventional advise with little success. Even after diagnosis and many sessions of therapy there is no significant change. If that sounds familiar you may instinctively know that you need to connect differently with your child but don’t know where to find this help.
Things may feel difficult, lonely & uncertain rather than peaceful and safe.
What I hear a lot is that even when a dream of having a child comes true, a dream of having a happy, easy-going family may still feel far away.
Good connection gives foundation for understanding and willingness to change and adjust. This is true in both a parent-child and a therapeutic relationship. Bonding is a loving commitment to each other for life.
So how can you lovingly connect and bond with your child for life?
⚡ First, you remove the negativity, trauma and unhelpful stress patterns that stop the oxytocin flow in yours and your child's body.
👪 Secondly, you learn about your child, the spectrum of possible expression of their uniqueness. You see how they character can develop positively despite any conditions.
❤️ Thirdly, you learn about yourself and the way you can express and receive love so you feel cared for and nourished and you can nurture others.
You are so important! You are giving a new life to a child ... and it all can be very intense, exciting, daunting and exhausting all at the same time...
Sometimes you have an instant connection, sometimes you have to work at it and sometimes, even though it feels right, it is very hard going. This is because we are unique souls coming together to learn from each other in this lifetime.

Hi, I'm Monika, a trained psychologist, with a MSc in Clinical Psychology and MSc in Applied Social Psychology, and a Connection and Bonding Specialist. I work with adoptive parents who really care about bonding with their children. I guide them to develop their maternal/paternal intuition and connect deeply with their children so they can experience peace of mind, and lovingly bond for life.
I didn't fall in love with my baby at first sight. The bonding took months and this led me to depression, incessant worrying and years of feeling like a bad mum.
To build a deeply loving relationship with my daughter and trust myself as a mum I learned and developed a unique method using a combination of therapeutic tools and practices that I want to share with you.
Bonding is so much more than attachment style or growing accustomed to each other. It is important that we provide more than stability and material security to our children. Loving bonding is a foundation of your child's future, a happy family, successful and fulfilled life and it is at the core of humanity.
