The Three Phases
The Brain Advantage Program unfolds across three phases, each one complete, each one building the foundation for the next.
Phase 1 begins with the individual. Before we can change how we work together, we need to understand what is happening inside us — how the brain and nervous system respond to pressure, what depletes them and what restores them, and what becomes possible when that system comes into conscious awareness. Nine sessions. Three months. A fundamentally different relationship with yourself under pressure.
Phase 2 takes that inner awareness outward. How we regulate, or fail to, directly shapes every relationship, every conversation, and every team we are part of. This phase builds the relational and social intelligence that turns individual self-awareness into genuine collective performance.
Phase 3 is where individual and relational change becomes cultural change. The conditions that allow organisations to perform consistently, recover from adversity, and sustain genuine human connection at scale.This is the full transformation.

Phase 1: SELF
Understanding yourself under pressure

Phase 2: TOGETHER

Phase 3: CULTURE

Maria Haggo is a neuroscience strategist, researcher, and the founder of Transform8. She created the Brain Advantage Program specifically for leaders and teams operating in the high-pressure, high-complexity environments of the UAE and GCC.
With an MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience from King's College London, Maria translates cutting-edge brain research into strategies that improve decision-making, reduce burnout, and build cognitively resilient organisations. She is a Founding Member of the Applied Neuroscience Association UAE and a collaborating researcher with King's College London.
Her approach is direct: the brain drives performance. Train it, and the results follow.
