I loved the workshop! This truly feels like a missing part of the ever-unfolding puzzle. An unexpected benefit I found was a better connection to my lower spine. I have severe scoliosis in my thoracolumbar spine, and the concept of expansion into the transverse abdominal hookup in the lower back is a big shift. It feels like I support my spine better that way and it also gives me imaginative access to the connection of the breath, the TA and the pelvic floor. It feels like very profound work!

I really liked your style of presenting the material - it felt real and approachable! All the talk about breathing (especially the fact that so much of what you say is about NOT doing anything and letting your body do what it does naturally) was really helpful. In the last couple of concerts I was able to release more in my stomach (not realizing that I've been holding that in - constantly) and activating more of the deeper abdominal muscles.
