About Me
I'm Hels, a wife, mum, businesswoman and often referred to as the accountability queen and have been in business for more than 25 years.
It all started on a greengrocers stall. I then took a giant leap, left my property management career, and opened a global joint venture business that turned over £6 million in 5 years. Oh, and I did this at the end of a recession…
Proud, hell yes. Successful, yes... Exhausted, even more so.
I was at that time, always saying yes to everything, suffering from extreme burnout (Think two major burnout episodes), and I hadn't even heard of the word self-care, let alone knowing where to go next or who to ask for support.
So what did I do? I hid. I just got on with things on my own.
Was I happy back then? Well, deep down, no. Having sold the shares for that business, I realised I could have been even more successful if I was able to admit I needed someone else to support me.
So here I am giving you what you need to get all that stuff out of your head and share your load with others!
I stopped living the dream for someone else and focused on ME. My Future. My why. My goals.
I am now hugely passionate about helping other entrepreneurial people to focus on true success by focusing on themselves.
I firmly believe the key to a successful life, business, or career is empowering you to be the best version of yourself AND actually getting the sh*t done.
