This book is for you if you believe that

human intelligence still matters.

The skills in these pages will make you irreplaceable in an AI-driven world.

If you want to trust your decision making, feel confident and clear in your thinking and

not surrender your decisions to algorithms, this is your essential companion.

As AI increasingly handles routine tasks, the distinctly human abilities you'll cultivate here will become your most valuable assets, both at home and in the workplace.

Don't fear the AI revolution; position yourself at its cutting edge.

The Human Edge.

How can we maintain our human edge in an AI-driven world?

While more and more tasks can be outsourced to AI, this accessible book explores how we can develop our high level thinking skills and stay employed, stay ahead and stay relevant.

Through structured conversations and experiments, the book draws on practical wisdom, behavioural science and Bethan Winn's years in education and training to be an essential guide for leaders to develop their own critical, creative and strategic thinking skills while also coaching those they care about.

The book is designed to increase your confidence, clarity and connection. It will help you find truth amid ambiguity, take decisive action, connect disparate ideas and embrace uncertainty: some of the most valuable skills for work and life in our rapidly changing world.

"I love the book. It champions the importance of critical thought: a process that is often uncomfortable, inconvenient and requires humility, and which is easily avoided these days.

Regardless of whether AI is 'good' or 'bad', your book acknowledges that it is inevitable, suggesting how we may leverage it to better facilitate our fundamental human strengths."
