Catrina is an experienced SENCO and qualified SEN teacher with a master’s degree in Autism, a specialist in communication and interaction. She works privately as an advisor, coach and trainer in schools and early years settings to provide information and support on a range of topics. These may include one or more of the following: transition between setting, anxiety which affects attendance, diagnosis support, sensory needs, communication support, behaviours that challenge, exclusion prevention work and other school or nursery-based needs.
Catrina has many years of experience feeding into diagnostic pathways for autism and related conditions and has had extensive training in NICE guidelines (2017).
