I’m Suzy Glaskie, functional medicine health coach and founder of Peppermint Wellness. I’m also a recovering perfectionist and a former burnt-out PR boss. I'm a mum of three…and now a grandma too.
For the past 9 years, I’ve been supporting others to reclaim their energy, vibrance and emotional resilience.
I’ve been through this transformation to living life in full technicolour myself. Back when I was juggling a relentlessly stressful job with bringing up my kids, my own wellbeing fell to the bottom of my very long to-do list. I was overwhelmed, exhausted and irritable.
I regularly suffered from all sorts of weird ailments which, in my mission to “crack on” with work, I tried to ignore. Or I attempted to gloss over them with medication or make-up.
I'm so grateful that I’m happier and healthier in my 50s than I was in any decade before.
