Hey, I'm Dakota
In 2016, I started Dakota Lane Fitness after working as a trainer and then going a totally different direction and working with high school kids at Church. I wanted to be able to merge both passions for helping people’s bodies as well as their minds and souls.
I have worked with close to 800 people from 15 years old to 78 years old in ALL 50 States 22 Countries and ALL 7 continents (even Antarctica).
The last 2+ years I have been over booked with new clients waiting from 1-3 months to get started! And before that I was just working 24/7 to keep up I didn’t stop working weekends until about 3 months ago. Very grateful to be busy and successful at what I do!

First you think its just a fitness instructor BUT HES MORE, LIFE COACH, NUTRITIONIST, GOAL DIGGER, FRIEND, MENTOR, BUFF MOFO! Dakota is an amazing trainer! My boyfriend and I have trained with him for the past year and we’ve seen amazing results! I have worked with Dakota on diet and fitness.
