I've been practising Face Yoga for 9 years, and the biggest shift hasn't been perfection, it's been confidence.

I've learned to love my face as it is, imperfections included, and to show up on camera, on video, and in life with more ease and joy.

I also love that Face Yoga fits into real life. You can integrate it into your skincare routine in as little as five minutes a day — and I'll show you how.
