Diagram of The Tapping Points

Welcome to your journey of Parental Emotional Well-Being. As a first step, on your Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT Tapping) journey, you will need to know where those tapping points are. We have created an easy-to-follow diagram to help get you started! Using 2 fingers of either hand, just gently tap on each point about 6 or 7 time and breathe in and out deeply on each point -no need to say anything at this stage of your journey. Keep going round until you begin to feel calmer and more relaxed.
