What is Thai Massage

Thai massage is a form of massage that incorporates a combination of point pressure, energy work, and stretching for an invigorating and balancing experience. Its unique style and graceful movements bring well- being to both the client and practitioner. It is very beneficial to those who find themselves stiff, limited range of motion, sore, and tired from over-exertion in work, sports, or from arthritis or other debilitating diseases. Thai massage is a spiritual healing art, as well as a physical therapy.

Thai massage is different from other forms of massage in that there is no oil used, the practitioner uses a comfortable floor mat, and the client remains fully clothed throughout.

    Continued Learning

    ▬▬▬▬▬▬

Nicola strongly believes in continuous learning not only for herself but for her students.

This is why she is an associate teacher of I.T.M. Chiang Mai, as their curriculum allows you to continue your studies either with Nicola, or with other associate teachers around the world and also directly with the school in Thailand.

In addition, Nicola believes in giving her students access not only to I.T.M., but to other schools and masters in Thailand and over the world, whether it be via personal student travel or as part of a group who want to explore more techniques and practices along with Nicola during one of her visits.
