I am Natalia, your human Red Bull. An Executive & Leadership Coach passionate about empowering visionary women in the tech and customer experience sectors to unlock their leadership potential and redefine success on their terms. With a career spanning entertainment to cybersecurity in both B2B and B2C sectors. I have adeptly steered companies through acquisitions and demergers, while navigating challenges like imposter syndrome and career transitions. These experiences have transformed ,e into a lifelong learner and an advocate for action-oriented, non-hierarchical leadership.
