TERMS AND CONDITIONS
“Tired Mamma Retreat” is a project operated as a sole proprietorship under the organization name “FUNDACJA INSPIRED” established in 2012 and existing under the laws of Poland. Its current operational address is Troados 17, Agia Paraskevi, Athens, Greece.
By booking the retreat you hereby certify that you are physically fit and have not been advised to not participate, by any means or in any manner, in any such activity arranged by the retreat hosts by a qualified medical professional. You hereby certify that there are no health-related reasons, allergies or problems, which preclude your participation in any and all activities arranged by the retreat hosts.
Minimum age requirement for participants is 18 years of age.
Reservation and Payment policy
To reserve a spot on the Retreat, a non refundable reservation deposit of one hundred euro (100 euro) is required.
The remaining balance amount is to be paid no later than 45 days prior to the retreat start date.
If your booking is made within 45 days of the retreat date then the full amount is payable at the time of booking and confirmation of payment emailed within 24 hours from reservation date.
The retreat price is charged per person and does not include transportation and travel/medical insurance and applicable hotel tax.
All prices and payments are in euros and are to be made by bank transfer.
All bank charges are covered by the customer account. Should the deposit / balance of payment not be received within the time frame specified, we reserves the right to cancel your booking and to charge the applicable cancellation fees set out below.
We do not offer discounts for late arrivals or early departures.
Guest Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation takes place more than thirty (30) days prior to retreat start date, then any payments made will be fully refunded minus the deposit.
We need to commit to accommodation and other arrangements therefore:
If cancellation takes place less than thirty (30) days prior to retreat start date, then 50% of payments made will be refunded minus your deposit.
If cancellation takes place less than seven (7) days prior to retreat start date, then 100% of total amount will be forfeited. It is possible to transfer the reservation on to another person.
If the retreat is cancelled due to low participation or any unforeseen circumstances, you are entitled to transfer your full payment to another scheduled retreat or request a full refund of your payment minus the bank charges.
Fundacja Inspired is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as other accommodation, airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
Force Majeure
Fundacja Inspired shall not be responsible for not fulfilling its contractual obligations to the extent that the failure to fulfill is due to events outside its control, that is, force majeure events such as a pandemic, acts of God, fire, flood, cancellation of flights or/and prohibition of sailing due to adverse weather conditions, war, acts of terrorism, riot, civil commotion, governmental actions (excluding regulatory change), labour disputes, and any similar events. In such force majeure events, no refund shall be granted and all payments will be credited in the form of a voucher* valid for one (1) year from the start date of the canceled retreat.
Reservation of Rights
Fundacja Inspired reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary to our retreats.
- We hold the right to replace the retreat teacher or trainers in case of illness, sickness or any other emergency or force majeure reason and there is no refund in this case.
- We hold the right to change the premises (villa - venue) that the retreat takes place due to any emergency circumstances into an equal quality premise.
Insurance
Please ensure that you have full travel/medical insurance to cover the activities on this retreat. We strongly recommend that you obtain appropriate travel insurance at the time of booking to cover cancellations or loss of items and medical expenses. Fundacja Inspired is not liable for your travel, any loss or damages incurred through circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We also strongly recommend it cover cancellation, curtailment, personal liability and loss of luggage and personal effects.
Passports, Visas and Documents
It is the responsibility of each participant to obtain a valid passport, visa(s) and necessary certificates for any country to be visited in connection with our Retreat.
General Waiver – Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge that during a retreat you participate voluntarily in any and all activities arranged by the retreat hosts, and insofar as legally permissible, surrender your right to any cause of action against Fundacja Inspired arising from any loss or damage to person or property that occurs during a retreat.
You hereby agree to be responsible for your own welfare and accept any and all risks of delay, unanticipated events, inconvenience, illness, injury, emotional trauma or death.
You hereby waive, release and discharge from and against any and all liability from your participation in the trip and in any and all activities arranged by the retreat hosts, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of Fundacja Inspiredand/or its employees and/or its collaborators and/or its subcontractors, for your death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to you including your trip to and from activities arranged by the retreat hosts,
You agree that this release shall be legally binding upon you personally and all members of your family.
COVID-19 Waiver
By joining one of our retreats, you agree to practice good hygiene, follow the social distancing rules, comply with all of the necessary preventive hygiene measures according to local guidance and abide by the official general public health safety guidelines in accordance with the National Public Health Organization (NPHO) under the supervision of the Minister of Health guidelines, currently in force. The guest also agrees to take all the necessary precautions & measures before travelling to Greece (such as Covid 19 test, vaccination et al) according to the international travel guidelines.
COVID-19 Updates: As of the 19th April 2021, Greece has lifted quarantine requirements for fully vaccinated travelers and those who have a negative PCR test from the following countries: EU, UK, USA, New Zealand, Australia, South Korea, Thailand, Rwanda, Singapore, Israel, Serbia and UAE. The government has announced that as of the 14th May 2021 more local restrictions will be lifted with restaurants and stores opening up for the summer season. Safety protocols including wearing masks and social distancing will remain in place. Official Link: travel.gov.gr
Photo / Video Release Form
You hereby grant to Fundacja Inspired the right and permission to use photographic material & video in which you are featured and are taken during the course of the retreat. Fundacja Inspired holds the right to use / republish / copyright, etc. this material for advertising and promotional purposes. You hereby release and discharge Fundacja Inspired from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs and video footage, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
Disputes & Applicable Law
Fundacja Inspired and the retreat participants shall make every effort, so that any difference, dispute or disagreement that may arise during the conclusion, interpretation and execution of the present Terms & Conditions, as well as claims related to them, is resolved out of court, with negotiations in a spirit of good faith within reasonable time after the date of the written expression of the disagreement by any of the parties.
If a difference is not resolved in this way, competent for its judicial resolution shall be the Courts of Warsaw, Poland, exclusively, which shall decide on any trials regarding the execution and the Polish law shall apply.
By booking into a retreat you hereby certify that you have read and fully understood the present Terms & Conditions, and you are fully aware that there is a release of liability included, you accept all Terms & Conditions and you agree of your own free will to all Terms & Conditions and applicable policies above. If you do not agree to the aforementioned Terms & Conditions, you are not permitted to participate in any Retreat activity.
