These online classes started out as a way to bring runners together to do all those exercises that physios tell us to do (that we don't do).
We focus on slow, controlled movements to build our legs, hips, glutes and core strength. The 45 minute morning classes are primarily low or non-impact.
The first week of each calendar month is always circuits week, with an opportunity to add a bit of tempo if you choose to. The final session of the month is always a shorter (30 minute) HIIT workout with some additional upper body exercises.
