I started my business with a strong passion for helping busy professionals have more time, be less stressed, more organised and most importantly, be able to enjoy the life they have worked so hard to create.
At the beginning of last year, I was a level of busy I had never experienced before. There were so many things I wanted to do, and I knew I felt misaligned with my values of work-life balance. But I didn’t know why, I didn’t know what or what was taking up so much of my time.
So often we talk about how little time we have or wish for more. But, do you ever actually put aside time to look at how you spend your days/weeks, what type of tasks or activities you regularly do, and what time you have available outside of work/personal commitments?
