We at Ezra Tribe understand that journals are sacred and the information you enter could contain personally identifiable information (PII), or, other sensitive information, that you don't want others to see. That's why we are committed to ensuring that all of your information that you create is only visible to you. 

Here are the steps that we take to ensure that your information is safe:

  • All users must consent to the platform Terms of Service
  • All users are informed on our Privacy Policy
  • We will never sell, trade, borrow against, or disseminate your email or PII or app data. 
  • We will never use third party advertising.
  • We will only access your specific information in the event you want to request your information (RFI) to send to you via a zip file. You may request your files and information at any time by emailing your request to: [email protected] or [email protected]. Requests can take up to 48 hours. 
  • All information and attachments (Photos, Audio, Video, documents) are transmitted and stored via industry standard encryption and are digitally signed by the user for authentication upon retrieval. 
  • All information and attachments are not recorded in any logs or audit files. Information is only stored in the main encrypted databases. 
  • Only paid members are allowed on the platform and are able to access only their app data and PII along with any files uploaded to the platform. 
  • You may delete your data at anytime within the app or by using the Delete my account feature in the main menu bar or by sending an email requesting account or data deletion to: [email protected] or [email protected]
