Hey, I'm Heidi!

I’m an ADHD coach, late-diagnosed ADHDer, and the person behind Neuro-Stitch.

I know what it’s like to be tired in ways that don’t always make sense - to push through, cancel plans, and feel like your brain and body are rarely on the same page.

I still have ADHD. I still wobble. I still have hard days.
This work isn’t about fixing yourself it’s about getting curious, noticing patterns, and figuring out what actually works for your brain.

Most days, you’ll find me with my dog Sooty (official nervous-system regulator 🐶), something crafty on the go, and a very strong belief that rest is allowed - even when your brain says otherwise.

I created this guide because it’s the support I wish I’d had sooner. I hope it’s reached you at the right moment 💛
