Iâm an ADHD coach, late-diagnosed ADHDer, and the person behind Neuro-Stitch.
I know what itâs like to be tired in ways that donât always make sense - to push through, cancel plans, and feel like your brain and body are rarely on the same page.
I still have ADHD. I still wobble. I still have hard days.
This work isnât about fixing yourself itâs about getting curious, noticing patterns, and figuring out what actually works for your brain.
Most days, youâll find me with my dog Sooty (official nervous-system regulator đś), something crafty on the go, and a very strong belief that rest is allowed - even when your brain says otherwise.
