We define leadership as the conscious use of one's power to affect meaningful connection and positive change. Titles do not make people leaders.
All the content and materials shared within The Co. are (and will be) designed to help rising leaders deepen their awareness and skill when it comes to navigating team dynamics and relationships - regardless of their formal position(s) within an organization.
We know there quite a few leadership development options out there, especially when it comes to engaging in online spaces.
The Co. offers rising leaders simple, practical, and quick-to-implement tools and skills as they navigate the ups and downs (and everything between) of their leadership journey.
Our combination of synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences encourages members to find the right harmony for them. The Co. is meant to support your existing values, needs, and aspirations.
First, you'll receive a email to confirm your payment and membership status (and we'll do a little happy dance on our end). Then, you'll receive an 'onboarding' email that includes access to our community site and other materials and resources.
Our first live monthly event is scheduled for May 29th!
We are offering a 30-day, payment-back option. If for any reason, you decide The Co. isn’t the right fit for your leadership development needs, just let us know, and we’ll process a full refund - minus any credit card processing fees (3-4%).
