It may be a bit weird to actually WELCOME overwhelm, but I do....

I used to feel really steamrollered when overwhelm showed up in my life.

I’d either be losing my sh*t silently and wanting to crawl under a rock. 

(Sometimes actually doing the modern day equivalent of this- duvet fort!)

Or I’d actually lose my sh*t & freak out on my husband, or get super snappy with my kids.

Now? 

I do still get overwhelmed. 

Of course.

It’s a regular part of being human.

And, it’s one that I can handle with EASE. 

But why on earth would I welcome it?


Because there truly is nothing like overcoming something that used to be a SERIOUS disrupter in your life to make you feel POWERFUL as hell.

And I love that feeling. 💪🏻
