feel better with simple recovery movements.

You can recover from a workout, or you can recover from your life activities.
Sometimes people think rest is the best recovery activity, but a lot of the time it helps when we don’t immobilize the area, but instead move it around.
We’ve all got our achy areas that tend to get a bit aggravated. The common ones are shoulders, hips and back. In this workshop we’ll find out what all recovery moves have in common and then work on specific recovery moves.
This workshop will be tailored to the attendees.
Workshops are interactive and often involve movement.
