Welcome to Our Community Events
These gatherings are created for moms, by moms — a space to connect, learn, and feel supported through every stage of motherhood. Each event brings together local experts and resources to empower you with practical tools, encouragement, and the chance to build lasting friendships.

Join us at Acorn Chiropractic every other Saturday from 3:00–4:00 PM for free, supportive gatherings designed for every stage of motherhood. These groups provide a safe, welcoming space to connect with other moms, share your journey, and learn from trusted local experts— including midwives, chiropractors, lactation counselors, doulas, acupuncturists, integrative medicine doctors, pediatric sleep consultants, and health & wellness coaches.

Prenatal Support Group
A nurturing time to prepare for birth, connect with other expecting moms, and find encouragement along the way. Open to expectant mothers at any stage in their pregnancy.

Postpartum Support Group
A supportive space for new moms to share openly about the joys and challenges of life after birth, while receiving guidance and reassurance. Open to mothers in their first year postpartum.
